FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE

Our weekly fitness class schedule is as follows:

          Saturday  9:00-10:00am

Advanced Fitness's weekly classes are a blend of metabolic (fat-burning) and total body conditioning exercises packaged in an easy format that keeps you moving and grooving while burning calories and getting fit.

Our trainers will provide several levels of each exercise at every exercise station so you can move at your own pace safely. Expect this class to be the best part of your day!

We have a maximum of 8-10 class attendees. You may reserve your space via email (info@fit224.com) or phone (610-444-1711). Ask our trainers about our Fitness Class Cards for reduced-rate fitness classes.
